Responsibilities
Transform player and business data into actionable insights
Work closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, Engineers, and Performance Marketing
Evaluate game performance, design experiments, and identify opportunities for growth
Track core metrics proactively and conduct exploratory data analysis
Synthesize qualitative data from player reviews, community feedback, and user research
Build data models, forecasts, and business cases
Design, execute, and evaluate AB Test experiments
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs
Partner across the organization to drive business outcomes
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence
Knowledge of live operations, game economies, player segmentation, and core product metrics (e.g., DAU, Retention, LTV, ARPDAU)
Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large datasets
Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and forecasting
Proficiency with data visualization platforms (Hex, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proven experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests
Experience building and working with data models, machine learning, statistical analysis methods
