About the role

  • Salesforce Administrator managing day-to-day configuration and support for a 200+ user Salesforce.com environment. Collaborating with functional leaders to improve processes and adoption using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 200+ users
  • Handle all essential administrative functions and support requests including user account maintenance, territory management, workflows, reports and dashboards and other routine tasks
  • Handle System configuration and change requests
  • Handle System development requests including requirements documentation, specification documents and Change Management
  • Perform system development (forms, triggers, integrations and more) in LEC and Classic whilst adhering to best practice and the use of test/sandbox environments
  • In the event of development performed by a supplier, to spec, monitor and test these deliveries
  • Complete regular internal system maintenance, audits and upgrades
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
  • Work with internal management teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator and developer
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and other relevant Salesforce certifications
  • Working experience with Salesforce Lightening and mobile applications
  • Working experience building workflows, reports & Apex code within CPQ & Sales Cloud
  • Experience using key SF development tools for Classic and Lightening (Apex) as well as familiarity/experience with SOQL, Lightening Web Components, Visual Force, Java Script and Data models an advantage
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Field Service & Project Management App (scheduling, logging hours against milestones & project management) a must
  • Knowledge and experience working with integration tools including REST API
  • Demonstrated ability to convert data into insights and insights into business recommendations
  • Experience with any of the following tools also beneficial: Hubspot, DocuSign for Salesforce, Avalara, Mulesoft
