About the role
- Expert Implementation Consultant leading complex healthcare software implementations for providers, life science companies, and health plans. Connecting patient care workflows to financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise or multi-site clients across registration, scheduling, documentation, coding, billing, and reporting
- Assess client operational and clinical maturity to identify upstream gaps that create downstream revenue risk
- Define and manage cross-workstream implementation plans
- Coordinate project management, technical, and sales teams
- Facilitate client leadership meetings and executive steering sessions
- Translate operational and technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Identify and proactively resolve delivery risks
- Escalate undefined scope or design questions to a solutions architect
- Mentor and train other Implementation Consultants
- Own client training strategy and refine onboarding materials
- Manage cross-workstream readiness and post-go-live transition to ongoing operations
- Support pre-sales scoping for complex or multi-product opportunities when requested
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- 2–3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience
- Up to 80% travel may be required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
- Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position
