- The Salesforce Administrator serves as a primary steward of the platform’s declarative architecture.
- This role owns configuration standards, safeguards data integrity, and ensures solutions are scalable and well-governed.
- You will operate with independence and partner closely with developers and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Design and maintain scalable declarative solutions (Flows, security model, data structure, reporting)
- Enforce standards for automation design, configuration governance, and sustainable platform practices
- Ensure alignment between data model, permissions, and integration touchpoints
- Monitor platform reliability and proactively address issues
- Support structured release, documentation, and validation practices
- Translate business requirements into supportable platform designs
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
- Deep expertise in declarative solutions and security model design
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (custom and/or managed packages)
- Strong systems thinking and independent execution
- Excellent written communication skills

- Salesforce Administrator certification(s)
- Experience supporting Revenue Cloud / CPQ or Service Cloud
