About the role

Responsibilities

  • Discovering new opportunities and delivering them to customers.
  • Refining team’s charter and direction to maximize growth.
  • Fostering strong cross-functional decisions with Product Managers and Designers.
  • Growing and developing a team of hardworking developers
  • Ensuring delivery of team projects and outcomes.
  • Partnering with team leaders for technical and product strategy.
  • Collaborating across disciplines for customer impact.
  • Developing a healthy and collaborative culture.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience leading a development team in a cross-functional environment
  • 10+ years of functional experience in software development, SaaS experience considered a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering great solutions to complex problems
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing a team of developers
  • Strong mentoring skills for developers
  • Experience fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and belonging
  • Strong commitment to follow through on commitments
  • Comfortable in technical conversations and decision making
  • Interest in or working experience within Artificial Intelligence considered an asset
