Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships with member practices and increase awareness around company initiatives and services
Serve as a voice for our members, bringing back field information to be utilized internally
Offer one-on-one consultations with practice owners and managers as requested
Develop and facilitate workshops for member practices in both live and virtual formats
Maintain up to date records of field visits and practice consults
Requirements
5 years of direct experience in the veterinary industry
Excellent written/oral communication skills (English & French)
Familiar with veterinary concepts, practices and procedures
Knowledge of Practice Information Management Software’s (PIMS) is an asset
Effective organization/time management
Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining professional networks and connections
