About the role

  • Allbound Marketing Strategist engineering HubSpot revenue systems for RevPartners’ GTM clients. Designing scalable strategies, advising partners, and driving measurable go-to-market outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic discovery sessions to understand partners’ business goals, GTM motion, customer journey, and revenue challenges
  • Design and implement integrated, scalable GTM strategies covering ICPs, buyer personas, messaging, segmentation, lead management, and revenue operations
  • Translate business objectives into scalable GTM solutions through strategic design, HubSpot implementation, and collaboration with GTM Engineers
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a customer portfolio
  • Help partners prioritize initiatives and make data-informed decisions
  • Monitor partner health and identify risks and opportunities
  • Continuously optimize strategies to improve business outcomes
  • Collaborate with GTM Engineers and cross-functional specialists including Paid Media, Content, and Delivery
  • Contribute to RevPartners methodologies, playbooks, best practices, and service offerings
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and emerging technologies into GTM strategies

Requirements

  • Typically 3–6 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, and/or Sales Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead client engagements, develop GTM strategies, and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market/revenue strategies
  • Experience leading consultative discovery conversations and translating business challenges into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, consulting, agency, or SaaS environments highly valued
  • Experience with many of: HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales & Data Hubs; Revenue Operations; GTM Strategy; CRM architecture; lead lifecycle management; pipeline management; reporting and analytics; process optimization; customer journey design; AI productivity tools
  • Required: advanced experience in HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of Clay
  • Ability to build trust with executive and operational stakeholders
  • Ability to facilitate productive conversations that uncover business needs
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to influence decisions through curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful recommendations
  • Naturally curious, strategic, clear, accountable, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
