Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Development Manager or in a similar leadership role, managing a team of software engineers.
- Strong technical background with the ability to set strategic technical direction, review architecture, and ensure engineering excellence, with a deep focus on DevOps, Developer Tooling, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Product, Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with modern web/service architectures (e.g., Ruby, SQL, JavaScript/React, Java/Kotlin, GraphQL) with hands-on experience in building and operating scalable, reliable systems, monitoring, logging, and performance analysis.
