- AI Solutions Engineer automating business operations and deploying AI solutions for WellnessLiving. Collaborating across teams to enhance operational efficiency through automation and AI.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, copilots, automations, and agentic systems.
- Rapidly prototype and ship internal and customer-facing AI solutions.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand operational bottlenecks and automate workflows.
- Use modern AI tooling to accelerate development velocity and feature delivery.
- Configure and orchestrate LLM-driven systems using APIs, agents, MCPs, databases, and automation frameworks.
- Reduce operational load by replacing repetitive manual processes with AI-native systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, customer success, and engineering teams.
- Operate with high autonomy and ownership in fast-moving environments.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in software development, automation, technical operations, or AI-enabled product work.
- Basic-to-intermediate coding ability (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI development tools and modern LLM ecosystems.
- Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on exposure to tools/platforms such as Claude, Codex, MCP, AWS, and AI copilots.
- Strong builder mentality and ability to move quickly with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High ownership, curiosity, and enthusiasm for AI.
