Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements through customer interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions.
Translate customer and stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Support the Product Manager in prioritizing backlog items based on business value and feasibility.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new features and enhancements.
Analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement or feature adoption opportunities.
Ensure all product documentation is clear, accurate, and up to date.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Collaborate with the Support team to understand recurring customer issues and integrate solutions into the product roadmap.
Partner with Technical Services to ensure product changes are reflected in training and customer onboarding.
Assist in preparing product release notes and customer communication for upcoming features.
Present proposed solutions, enhancements, and delivered functionality to customers
Requirements
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or related role.
Experience in aviation, airline operations, or aerospace software or other highly compliant industries.
Experience creating functional documentation, user stories, and process flows.
Experience delivering customer training or documentation.
