About the role
- Solutions Engineer supporting WISI’s customer engagements through technical discovery and product evaluations. Collaborating with sales leadership and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support customer engagements through technical discovery and hands-on product evaluations
- Document customer interactions and maintain assigned pre-sales activities in HubSpot
- Support customer meetings and technical requirements gathering
- Assist with installation, configuration, and evaluation of WISI solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Technical Support teams
- Build product and market knowledge through structured training
- Participate in product training sessions and expand scope over time
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in Linux
- Strong networking fundamentals
- Ability to understand, conceptualize, and troubleshoot complex technical environments
- Demonstrated ability to independently learn new technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to assess technical requirements
- Produces accurate, clear, and well-structured technical documentation
- Effectively manages assigned tasks and priorities
