About the role

  • Solutions Engineer supporting WISI’s customer engagements through technical discovery and product evaluations. Collaborating with sales leadership and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer engagements through technical discovery and hands-on product evaluations
  • Document customer interactions and maintain assigned pre-sales activities in HubSpot
  • Support customer meetings and technical requirements gathering
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and evaluation of WISI solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Technical Support teams
  • Build product and market knowledge through structured training
  • Participate in product training sessions and expand scope over time

Requirements

  • Proven proficiency in Linux
  • Strong networking fundamentals
  • Ability to understand, conceptualize, and troubleshoot complex technical environments
  • Demonstrated ability to independently learn new technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to assess technical requirements
  • Produces accurate, clear, and well-structured technical documentation
  • Effectively manages assigned tasks and priorities
