About the role
- Principal Product Manager leading Contract Intelligence strategy and roadmap for generative AI products at Workday. Collaborating with engineering and data science teams to deliver AI solutions for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution within our suite of Contract Intelligence & Analytics features
- Establish strong relationships with engineering, data science, and product management teams
- Be responsible for the ideation, design, and implementation of new AI products and features
- Define product requirements based on industry trends and customer feedback
- Stay informed about advancements in generative and predictive AI
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- Domain expertise in generative AI
- Proven track record of assessing market opportunities
- Experience building and launching generative AI products
- Proficiency with LLMs and other generative models
