Senior Product Marketing Manager for a Series A B2B SaaS company. Own positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and GTM launches; build the function from scratch.
About the role
- Senior Product Manager owning Scratch’s fair, transparent medical lending products. Shaping underwriting, credit decisioning, servicing, APIs, and experimentation for veterinary financing.
Responsibilities
- Own the lending product lifecycle from origination through underwriting and servicing
- Assist with strategy, roadmap, and execution for point-of-sale lending, BNPL, installment plans, credit decisioning, application flows, servicing tools, and new offerings
- Manage relationships with sponsor bank partners and the loan management software provider
- Own and evolve partner API solutions, including credit bureau and alternative data integrations
- Own customer-facing application and borrower servicing tools
- Partner with data science and risk teams to build cashflow underwriting tools and credit risk models
- Collaborate with Agile engineers, QA, and design to define requirements, prototype lending flows, and ship features
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation across underwriting, application, and servicing experiences
- Maintain product requirements, underwriting logic, and decisioning documentation
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations on regulatory requirements
- Make data-driven lending product decisions using internal performance data and external benchmarks
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of consumer lending, including underwriting, credit decisioning, loan origination, servicing, collections, and regulations
- Experience operating and navigating sponsor-bank partnership models
- Experience with partner APIs for B2B client relationships
- Familiarity with data ingestion and advanced model scoring for underwriting and credit risk
- Experience with credit bureaus such as Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion, or alternative data sources such as cashflow underwriting
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests to optimize underwriting and product outcomes
- Comfort prototyping and iterating quickly with design and engineering
- Proven success working with cross-functional Agile teams, including risk, compliance, and data science
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Veterinary, healthcare, or care-adjacent industry experience is a bonus
