Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership, with a strong focus on cloud-based systems and AI/ML
- 10+ years of experience with design and development for mission critical systems at scale
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS and Python ecosystem preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices (devops, automated testing, observability, AI code generation / review / testing, etc)
- Deep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise-grade AI architectures, API integration, and large-scale automation.
- Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn hard problems into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research.
