About the role
- Software Developer II at Workleap helping to expand ShareGate migration capabilities across Microsoft 365. Collaborate with teams to innovate new migration types and enhance product features.
Responsibilities
- Expand what ShareGate can migrate including new migration types.
- Design and build migration features across various workloads.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and Designer.
- Navigate unfamiliar APIs and protocols.
- Maintain the codebase and ensure reliability.
- Improve test coverage for regression.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering commercial software products with strong customer adoption;
- Proven experience developing and maintaining applications in C#/.NET;
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar);
- Comfort working with unfamiliar APIs and data models;
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills;
- Clear, proactive communicator;
- Experience with Microsoft Graph SDK or third-party messaging APIs is an asset.
