About the role

  • AI Visibility & GEO Specialist focused on enhancing brand visibility through GEO strategies. Working with AI platforms and driving authority in the context of remote staffing services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to increase visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate how the company is referenced, cited, and recommended by AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve AI-generated referrals, citations, and brand mentions.
  • Partner with marketing, content, and SEO teams to create assets optimized for both search engines and AI systems.
  • Build and execute authority-building initiatives that strengthen the company's digital footprint.
  • Secure mentions, citations, and placements on relevant websites, publications, podcasts, and industry platforms.
  • Develop relationships with journalists, publishers, bloggers, podcast hosts, and strategic partners.
  • Identify guest posting, partnership, media outreach, and podcast opportunities.
  • Execute outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
  • Expand the company's presence across business directories, review platforms, industry listings, and trusted online resources.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to evaluate backlink strategies, authority-building efforts, and AI visibility performance.
  • Research emerging GEO, AI Search, AEO, SEO, and digital authority trends.
  • Track performance metrics related to backlinks, referrals, brand mentions, authority growth, and AI visibility.
  • Provide ongoing recommendations and strategic insights based on campaign performance and industry developments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, GEO, Digital PR, Link Building, Content Outreach, Authority Building, or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of modern search ecosystems and AI-powered search experiences.
  • Proven experience executing outreach campaigns and securing backlinks or media placements.
  • Experience building relationships with publishers, journalists, website owners, or content partners.
  • Proficiency with SEO and outreach tools.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable growth and performance.
