- A thorough understanding of modern software development practices, agile delivery, system architecture and incident management.
- Collaborative approach to work seamlessly with product, design and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to navigate conflict openly.
- Growth mindset with exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Technical familiarity with high-scale products, fintech, .NET or React.
