Responsibilities
Operational security of IT infrastructures
Categorize IT assets according to their criticality and usage
Conduct internal risk analyses and supervise those performed by external providers
Operate and analyze security systems and their data
Assess existing security controls and recommend improvements
Define and evolve security architectures using modeling tools
Manage security incidents related to IT infrastructure and radio communications networks
Analyze client requests related to network security
Develop, monitor, and coordinate implementation of security measures
Ensure alignment between stakeholders and operational contracts
Participate in projects to replace or modernize legacy systems
Ensure operational maintenance (MCO) of the applications under responsibility
Oversee application systems and coordinate the involved stakeholders
Identify and propose opportunities for application evolution
Manage the change management process (analysis, planning, supervision, and testing)
Analyze user needs and plan development projects
Prepare, track, and document change requests (CRs)
Implement and maintain operational dashboards
Adjust configurations when deploying new equipment
Manage access and ensure quality use of systems
Support, train, and assist users
Perform testing of application changes
Requirements
Expertise in operational security of IT infrastructures
Experience in risk analysis and management
Ability to operate and analyze security systems and security data
Knowledge of security architectures (current and future)
Experience in security incident management
Solid understanding of operational maintenance (MCO) processes
Experience in application change management
Ability to analyze and translate user needs into functional requirements
Experience coordinating vendors and multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency in documentation, validation, and compliance with security standards
