Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 + years of experience, demonstrated ability to influence architecture across teams.
- Extensive experience with infrastructure-as-code and serverless technologies.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Successful delivery of complex and scalable software solutions with a strategic impact on business outcomes.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and security best practices.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent.
- Expertise in AWS Cloud with emphasis on data ingestion, business intelligence, and security best practices.
- Experience with STM32 firmware boards.
- Experience with sensor-integrated IoT hardware is highly desirable.
- Experience with AI Spec-Driven development.
