About the role
- Senior Product Manager leading strategic development and innovation within TrustBuilder platforms in the real estate industry. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for assigned areas of TrustBuilder CX (formerly Eliant) and TrustBuilder Reviews.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Leverage data, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity across teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior product management role, ideally within a digital platform or consumer-facing product.
- Strong proficiency in the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for working with diverse teams and driving collaborative success.
- Bonus: Experience in real estate, proptech, or Voice of the Customer/CX platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
