About the role

  • Hiring an Audit Manager I (Contract) in Toronto, ON to lead audits and control testing in a collaborative internal audit function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and documentation of end-to-end audits and control testing. Independently conduct and document walkthrough meetings. Write up, validate, and manage issue findings from regulatory and divisional audits. Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (approx. 50% of your day).

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of dedicated internal/external audit experience. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business + a mandatory CPA or CIA designation. Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and impeccable attention to detail. Prior experience in Capital Markets or previous audit experience within massive plus! (CFA or FRM designations are also highly valued).
