Bilingual Banking Associate supporting operational banking activities, including estate file processing and customer service. Requires proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Process estate files, including transactions and liaising with authorized representatives. Support operational functions within the team to ensure business objectives and service standards are met. Handle inbound phone calls with empathy and professionalism, assisting estate representatives and family members. Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and interactions. Collaborate with team members and partners to resolve customer issues effectively. Uphold compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering timely, accurate support. Adapt to procedural updates and process improvements as directed.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) at a basic level. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent time management skills with experience working under strict deadlines. Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment. Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new processes. Compassionate and professional phone etiquette, particularly when dealing with sensitive matters. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
