About the role

  • Change Manager needed for a banking client in Downtown Toronto. 6-month contract at $40-$45/hr. Requires 5+ years experience and change management certification.

Responsibilities

  • The Change Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing change management strategies that ensure organizational initiatives are successfully adopted and sustained. This role partners closely with project managers, business leaders, other change managers and stakeholders to minimize disruption, manage resistance, and maximize employee engagement during periods of change.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project/program management. Proven experience leading change for complex initiatives (e.g., technology implementations, process improvements, mergers, or transformations). Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin). Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar).
