About the role

Responsibilities

  • This role involves managing organizational change initiatives within the operational and non-financial risk domain, supporting risk management programs, and ensuring alignment with governance standards. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end change management activities, identifying and evaluating risks, ensuring compliance with NFRM policies, integrating risk and control considerations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting governance and reporting, and managing project deadlines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management experience, 4+ years of change management experience, proven experience in risk management, postsecondary degree or equivalent qualification, proficiency with MS Office tools, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, effective collaboration and team skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
