About the role

  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives in a hybrid Ontario role. Drive change adoption, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change management initiatives, drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies, support enterprise-wide transformation programs across business functions, manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance reporting, facilitate workshops, leadership meetings, and cross-functional collaboration, partner with Product, Operations, UX, and Technology teams to improve user experience and business readiness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project/change management, strong background in large-scale transformation programs, experience working across business, operations, and leadership teams, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, non-technical project management experience preferred.

Benefits

  • $35–39/hr (T4) $40–46/hr (Incorporated), hybrid work model (remote Mondays & Fridays), exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives and senior leadership collaboration.
