About the role

  • Manager, Client Care Services oversees Client Care Coordinators and patient schedules to ensure efficient service delivery for government and private programs.

Responsibilities

  • Motivates, directs and coaches staff to ensure quality care. Reviews staffing assignments, manages overtime, resolves customer complaints, oversees hiring and training of Client Service Coordinators, facilitates meetings, collects KPIs, organizes workflows, identifies process gaps, communicates serious issues to Regional Director, and supports projects and daily operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in health care industry with home care experience; registered health care professional an asset; post-secondary education or equivalent; 2+ years people management; commitment to customer service excellence; ability to manage core business processes; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong computer skills; 1+ years work experience with Home Care.
