About the role

  • We are hiring a Compensation Specialist to join GoodLife Fitness, supporting compensation programs including job evaluation, market benchmarking, and annual planning.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert supporting compensation programs across the organization, including job evaluation, salary structure management, market pricing, compensation analysis, and annual compensation planning. You will work closely with leaders across the business to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our Total Rewards strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of compensation analysis and job evaluation experience; experience using a point-factor job evaluation methodology; strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities; experience with compensation surveys, market benchmarking, and salary structures; knowledge of Pay Equity and employment legislation; experience working with HRIS systems and large employee data sets.
