- Data Architect needed in Downtown Toronto (mostly remote). Requires 8+ years in data architecture and 5+ years with Microsoft Purview.
Responsibilities
- Exciting opportunity: Data Architect Location: Downtown Toronto – Mostly remote Rate: 80/hr Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1. 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data governance, or large scale information systems design (Proven experience operating as a senior data architect within complex enterprise environments) 2. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Purview or similar data classification, compliance, or governance tooling 3. Previous experience operating in regulated environments; financial services experience is strongly preferred (Experience designing secure, compliant, and audit-ready data solutions.) 4. Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint, particularly in the context of data governance and access management. 5. Strong understanding of data architecture principles, metadata management, data classification, and lineage. 6.
