About the role

  • Process large volumes of banking data with accuracy and efficiency in a collaborative, structured environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills; accurately input data into designated data fields using keyboards or scanners; correct data entry errors identified during the review process; approve and audit data against source documents for consistency; log activities and verify the completion of work to maintain accurate records; collaborate with internal and external partners within workflow processes; maintain confidentiality by managing customer information with integrity; support team leads in daily reporting and process adherence; manage individual tasks efficiently with minimal supervision; follow structured workflows and adhere to established data entry standards.

Requirements

  • Banking experience (minimum 3 years); strong accuracy and speed in data entry; excellent attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and manage time effectively; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; reliable documentation skills and personal project management; basic mentoring capability to support team members.
