About the role
- Support portfolio management by ensuring financial data integrity and usability, enabling strategic decision-making through advanced reporting and system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with and resolve SharePoint and Power Apps requests to support business needs. Support system upgrades, integrations, and automation projects to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities. Conduct technical investigations and resolve complex system issues efficiently. Validate funding requests and review contractual documentation. Maintain and improve financial data structures and repositories for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Develop and enforce data governance standards in collaboration with Finance, IT, and Business Enablement teams.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant field. Minimum 3 years’ experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI. Strong communication skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software systems. Skilled in debugging, root cause analysis, and implementing reliable solutions. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities in a high-volume environment. Positive mindset coupled with flexibility and adaptability.
