Requirements
University degree with 5+ years of experience in HR, benefits, pension, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel and project management tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors). Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proven problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Attention to detail and high level of organization.
