About the role

  • HR Specialist supporting benefits/pension projects with stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, coordination, and management to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and analyze requirements. Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and tracking tools to monitor project progress. Conduct research and data analysis to identify process improvements and solutions. Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and follow-up actions. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. Manage member follow-ups, address inquiries, and resolve issues related to benefits or pension programs. Support compliance and audit activities as needed. Participate in shadowing and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration. Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates on deliverables.

Requirements

  • University degree with 5+ years of experience in HR, benefits, pension, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel and project management tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors). Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proven problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Attention to detail and high level of organization.
