Junior Project Manager needed for public sector healthcare project in Toronto. Onboard sites to DHDR, manage risks, and ensure timely deployment.
Responsibilities
The Junior Project Managers will be responsible for onboarding sites to the Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR) repository, including management of issues, risks and service change requests to ensure successful and on-time deployment of clients. Deliverables include site/client engagement and management, contract management, training, project go-live scheduling, risk/issue management, service management documentation, warranty support, and deployment reporting and tracking.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience with project management experience supporting electronic health-related projects. Minimum 2-4 years’ experience knowledge of healthcare information systems, pharmacy management systems and / or hospital information systems. Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience with the management of project or program communications including both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience with document management including the application of standards, version-control, and storage. Experience with and knowledge of Project Management concepts. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Time management, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects. Demonstrated knowledge of project management; knowledge and understanding of Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body is an asset. Experience working on and delivering multiple projects. Demonstrated project management software skills and experience e.g. MS Project, MS Teams etc. College/University undergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline from a recognized institution or equivalent experience desired. Bachelor’s Degree. Authorized to work in Canada. 2+ years of Hospitals and Health Care experience. 4+ years of experience in Project Management.
