About the role
- Licensing Support Specialist needed for hybrid role in Toronto. Manage license applications, regulatory filings, and data integrity in regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Processing: Manage new applications and high-volume renewal cycles. Regulatory Liaison: Submit accurate filings to regulators and track status updates. Data Integrity: Maintain broker details in our management system and SharePoint. Support: Act as the primary point of contact for licensing inquiries and compliance guidance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in licensing processing or regulated industries. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive data with total discretion.
