About the role

  • Manager, Finance needed for private equity fund administration, financial reporting, and tax compliance in the GTA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of fund administration, including capital calls, distributions, investor communications, and credit facility administration. Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting packages, support quarterly investment valuation processes, coordinate annual audits, assist with tax compliance, prepare forecasts, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • CPA or equivalent accounting designation; strong experience in private equity, investment funds, asset management, fund accounting, or alternative investments; experience with partnership accounting and investor reporting; knowledge of ASPE and private equity valuation principles; experience managing audits, financial statements, and tax reporting processes; strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
