- OCM Strategy Lead for insurance domain. Drive transformation initiatives, lead strategy & execution, engage with C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OCM strategy & execution. Engage with C-suite stakeholders. Drive transformation across underwriting, claims, policy admin, etc. Oversee communication, training, and change readiness. Ensure measurable business outcomes & value realization.
Requirements
- 10–15 years in OCM within Insurance. Strong experience in transformation strategy & delivery. Expertise in stakeholder management & executive engagement. Exposure to digital transformation (AI, Cloud, Automation). Experience with platforms like Guidewire/Duck Creek/Majesco (preferred). Certifications like PMP / Prosci / SAFe are a plus.
