The position involves working on Oracle applications data conversion with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud, leading conversion teams through implementation cycles, and utilizing tools like SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, FBDI, ADFDI, and REST APIs for data loading and transformation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 8+ years of experience in Oracle applications data conversion, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud. • Proven experience in leading conversion teams through multiple implementation cycles. • Hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL tools. • Experience with data reconciliation, balancing reports, and validation. • Oracle Fusion certification in Finance, SCM modules. • Experience in global implementations and complex multi-ERP legacy environments. • Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.). • Strong expertise in data migration tools: FBDI (File-Based Data Import), ADFDI (ADF Desktop Integrator), Web Services/REST APIs for Fusion data loading. • Strong knowledge of Fusion data model across Finance, SCM (as per project scope). • Data transformation using Python, Alteryx or Oracle ATP database. • Ability to work with large data volumes, ensuring performance optimization and accuracy. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is a plus.
