About the role
- Hiring Oracle PL/SQL Developer in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Requires 6–8+ years experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL tuning, and Unix/Linux.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our team in Toronto, ON. This hybrid role involves developing and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers, performing SQL performance tuning, managing Oracle databases (12c/19c), handling backup and recovery with RMAN, and working with Unix/Linux shell scripting. You will also be involved in data migration and ETL processes using SQL*Loader and Data Pump.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience. Mandatory skills: Oracle PL/SQL (Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers), SQL Performance Tuning & Query Optimization, Oracle Database (12c/19c), RMAN (Backup & Recovery), Unix/Linux & Shell Scripting, Data Migration & ETL (SQL*Loader, Data Pump). Nice to have: TOAD/SQL Developer/OEM, ESP Scheduler, Oracle Certifications (OCP/OCA).
