- Business Process Analysis, gather requirements, create Prototypes and Wireframes in Pega, conduct impact and gap analysis, provide feasible solutions, create process flows (As Is and To Be), manage project documentation (Business and System Requirements, Use Cases, Process Flows, Traceability Matrix), support QA and UAT testing, work in Agile and Scrum, resolve issues with development team, groom user stories, conduct workshops for gathering business requirements.
Requirements
- Pega certified Business Architect (PCBA); experience in Pega DCO, creating Prototypes and Wireframes in Pega; experience in Scrum and Agile delivery.
