About the role

  • PeopleSoft Project Manager with 8+ years ERP experience. Hybrid role in Toronto managing PeopleSoft projects across HCM, Financials, Campus Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large, complex ERP programs with focus on PeopleSoft projects across HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor), Financials (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management), and Campus Solutions (Student Records, Financial Aid). Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patching (PUM, tools upgrades), Fluid UI, integrations, and bolt ons. Responsible for PMO reporting, steering committees, executive governance, risk/issue/dependency management, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise project management experience. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models. Proven experience managing large, complex ERP programs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Hands on experience managing PeopleSoft projects across one or more modules. Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and patching (PUM, tools upgrades). Exposure to PeopleSoft Fluid UI, integrations, and bolt ons. Experience with PMO reporting, steering committees, and executive governance. Risk, issue, dependency, and change request management. Vendor and third party coordination.
