About the role

  • Policy Governance Control Coordinator needed for banking contract. Support enterprise initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable recommendations for enterprise projects. Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Business Units. Support process improvement initiatives and streamline operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows with clarity and precision. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery of project components. Contribute to change management activities and support training and rollout efforts for new processes or policies. Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, decisions, and key deliverables to support audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience supporting business analysis, process improvement, or project coordination within financial services. Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
