About the role
- Power BI Report Developer needed to migrate SSRS reports to Power BI, build dashboards, and maintain data models. Strong SQL and Power BI experience required for this hybrid contract role in Courtice, ON.
Responsibilities
- Convert existing SSRS reports to Power BI dashboards. Build and maintain efficient, scalable data models using best practices. Perform ETL operations, ensuring data quality and consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate reports. Troubleshoot performance or data accuracy issues.
Requirements
- Advanced Power BI (including Power BI Service) and Power Query (M) experience. Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation. Experience with data modeling (star schema, best practices). Agile team collaboration, source control, and ticketing tools experience.
