About the role

  • Manage product rollouts and go-to-market strategies for Fidelity Clearing Canada's client base.

Responsibilities

  • The Product Implementation Manager is responsible for defining go-to-market strategies, managing rollouts and ensuring adoption of new products, services and processes across FCC’s client base. This includes managing product, feature and service roll outs, collaborating with product solutions managers, marketing, training and support teams, working with clients to ensure successful deployment, responding to client feedback, developing in-depth understanding of FCC’s products and services, defining and measuring OKRs, continuously improving implementation processes, and operating regular client focus groups.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience (nice to have degree or certification in adult training and development). 3-5 years’ experience in client-facing roles in a B2B environment. Experience in product implementation. Product and/or project management preferred. Excellent organizational skills with proven track record in managing and delivering critical projects in a SaaS environment. Ability to efficiently work and communicate across functions. Confident, strong relationship builder. Strong client experience with proven ability to understand client needs. Analytical mindset with experience in defining, visualizing, and reporting on business metrics. Highly effective research skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Presentation skills. Ability to drive consensus amongst key stakeholders.
