About the role

  • One-year contract for 3 Project Coordinators to support workplace modernization and technology deployments across Toronto. Hybrid role requiring travel between GTA sites.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and administrative support to Project Managers, assist in deployment execution and operational rollout activities, manage communications across internal teams and stakeholders, track tasks, timelines, and deliverables, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in project coordination or PMO support, experience in enterprise environments and project delivery support, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently and manage competing priorities, highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented, client-facing experience with emotional intelligence and composure under pressure.
