Strong knowledge of project management principles across the full lifecycle, including cost estimating, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls, with experience managing competing priorities of scope, cost, schedule, and quality. Experience managing multiple-contract, multiple-stakeholder projects with schedule constraints in complex environments such as generating stations or heavy industry is required. Strong understanding of construction methods, contract management, quality assurance, health and safety, and commercial contracting practices is required. Experience managing concrete-related scope is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of applicable Ontario codes and standards related to concrete work is a strong asset.
