Immediate hire for a Project Manager to support Ontario's Immunization Repository initiative. 9-month contract, onsite in Toronto.
Responsibilities
You’ll support delivery of a provincial digital health initiative focused on building a unified immunization data system to improve clinical care, public health reporting, and system integration across Ontario. Drive integrated project plans, timelines, and delivery tracking; coordinate vendors, clinical teams, and stakeholders; manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams; support go-live readiness and deployment activities; maintain reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications; support change management and adoption activities.
Requirements
4–5 years in electronic health / clinical systems projects; 3–4 years core PM skills (scope, risk, scheduling, governance, quality); 2–3 years experience with immunization workflows (pharmacies, hospitals, health records); strong stakeholder management in complex, matrix environments; experience managing vendors, risks, issues, and deployments; healthcare / public health / immunization registry experience preferred.
