About the role
- Project Manager for healthcare IT initiatives at Shared Health/Ministry of Health. Lead complex infrastructure, security, and system deployment projects in a large healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project performance and report progress to steering committees. Lead business analysis activities, including current/future state analysis and gap identification. Oversee deployment of network infrastructure supporting healthcare facilities. Develop business cases, including solution analysis, benefits, and success metrics. Lead Office 365 deployments in large enterprise environments. Develop Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and security assessments. Ensure compliance with healthcare, privacy, and security standards.
Requirements
- PMP Certification (valid). ITIL Certification (valid). PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation Certification (valid). Minimum 8 years experience in project planning, execution, and governance. Strong experience in healthcare or large public-sector IT environments. Required Experience: Business analysis (current/future state & gap analysis). Healthcare network infrastructure projects. Business case development. Office 365 enterprise deployment (>5,000 users). Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA). IT security and risk assessments.
