About the role

  • Kelly Services seeks a Scheduler and Installation Coordinator in Oakville, ON for a temp-to-perm role coordinating service/installation schedules and customer updates.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service and/or installation dates of U.S. machines with customers, product support techs, service managers, sales, spare parts and logistics. Provide daily updates to customers, ensure resource availability, maintain regional installation Synchro board and KPIs, collaborate with product centers and engineering, and assist in evaluating field service engineers.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of scheduling or coordination experience; understanding or educational background in electrical or mechanical; excellent communication skills.
