Systems Testing/QA Specialist role focusing on performance & load testing for Ontario Public Sector client. Long - term onsite contract in Toronto starting April 2026.
About the role
- Remote QA Tester contract specializing in ServiceNow. Design test plans, validate functionality, document defects, and ensure regression/UAT coverage.
Responsibilities
- As a QA Tester, you will join a busy ServiceNow team and be responsible for the following activities related to ServiceNow: – Designing and executing test plans for ServiceNow releases – Validating functionality in QA and PROD environments – Documenting defects and coordinating with developers for resolution – Ensuring regression and UAT coverage. The current environment includes 12 applications deployed, with several integration projects planned.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in ITSM, HAM/SAM, and SecOps modules.
