About the role
- Quantitative Developer – CCR needed to design high-performance C# applications for trading and risk management, working on real-time trade and market data systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance C# applications for trading and risk management solutions. Build and maintain distributed systems and microservices capable of scaling to large volumes of data. Utilize cloud-based platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes for deployment and management of applications. Develop and support messaging infrastructure using Kafka and ActiveMQ. Implement monitoring and logging solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana. Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and improve existing systems. Maintain operational stability and perform troubleshooting for existing applications. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep products innovative.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in C# development. Strong expertise in modern C# and object-oriented programming principles. Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture. Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Gitlab. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS and Kubernetes. Experience with Kafka and ActiveMQ messaging systems. Nice to have: Understanding of financial pricing models and derivative valuation. Additional experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. Knowledge of security testing tools and OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities. Prior work within the financial industry, especially trading environments.
