About the role

Responsibilities
- This contract position involves researching, analyzing, and implementing regulatory requirements, particularly in the U.S. (SEC and related regulations), to ensure compliance across all compensation plans and governance frameworks. Responsibilities include identifying regulatory requirements impacting compensation plans, focusing on legislation from prudential regulators, maintaining a list of enterprise oversight functions, establishing relationships with oversight functions, assessing regulatory updates such as SEC clawback provisions, and preparing responses to regulatory groups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of compensation experience within regulatory or compliance environments; 5+ years of HR/Compensation Governance experience; 1+ years of banking industry experience; strong analytical skills; excellent communication abilities. Nice to have: legal background, US regulatory experience.
